"We trained many welders and operators with simulation technology."

"Since we are an educational institution within the industry, students need to receive practical training in addition to theoretical education. As a result of our research, we came across local solutions in Turkey that can support us at this point. Students practiced on the simulation through welding and CNC simulators. After the practice with simulations, the students practiced on real machines. "They also showed great success in their use. In a short time, we trained many welders and CNC operators and these people were employed in the industry."

“We turned people who had never owned a machine into welders in 50 days.”

"We provided training to students, trainers and disadvantaged groups with the welding simulator. In our joint work with İŞKUR, we enabled many people to have a profession thanks to welding simulators. With this training program, the participants became professional welders after 50 days and 120 hours of training. TOBB MEYBEM Vocational Competence and "Those who were subjected to very difficult exams conducted by Certification Centers Inc. successfully received their welder certificate. I would like to underline this. We are talking about people who have never owned a welding machine becoming welders and being employed after a 50-day training with simulation technology."

“We touch every student by traveling from village to village.”

"Industrialists and the business world are waiting for qualified-main staff, not intermediate staff. For this, as educators, we need to strengthen our vocational high schools. An education process to achieve this is a must. We are striving to increase the use of educational technologies for our students and individuals to ensure accessibility in education. We strive to increase the use of educational technologies for our students and individuals at an early age." We think it should start. Based on this, we carried out a project in our region. Within the scope of this project, we established KENDİNYAP workshops, which are now branded in our region. We think that educational technologies are important in the industry or in the use of machines in different sectors for the current digital transformation. In addition to the established fixed workshops, mobile KENDİNYAP workshops "It helps us reach every student by traveling from village to village and preparing children for the professions of the future."

“The simulator significantly reduced training costs.”

"Using a virtual welding simulator in education and training can offer students the opportunity to work with different welding methods, use different joining methods and apply different welding positions. Using a virtual welding simulator in education and training gives students the opportunity to work with different welding methods, use different joining methods and apply different welding positions." Thanks to innovative and advanced technological training in line with the needs of the age in the simulation laboratory we created, the risk of occupational safety was reduced to almost zero and the risk of accidents was eliminated. In addition, we were saved from possible expenses such as fuel costs, maintenance costs required for the work machine and equipment damage. Project "Thanks to this, our school's machinery technologies students have become more qualified employees by receiving backhoe-loader construction equipment operator training in addition to their own fields. We expect an increase in employment in this field, which is needed by the market."

"Children are trained as qualified personnel with the technologies of the future."

"With the electric vehicles virtual simulator project, which is the first in Turkey, the education and industrial part of training competent personnel for electric vehicles, which are expected to be one of the technologies of the future, will be created. In this context, the students to be trained will be able to work in electric vehicle production and after-sales services as qualified technicians. In addition, with this project "Intermediate personnel working in the industry will also be provided with the opportunity to improve themselves in this laboratory. Welding simulators will both contribute to the education of students and improve their technical knowledge and skills in the manufacturing industry. Having qualified personnel who can use the welding machine at an expert level will contribute to the socio-economic development of the region."
